Between september 21 and October 15, I had the opportunity to do a scientific visit in the lab od Dr. Edward B. Leof located in Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
The purpose of my visit was to learn two molecular biology techniques : cell surface biotinylation and TAT-mediated protein transduction into mammalian cells.
