Last Wednesday, January 21st, I had the pleasure of performing an\u00a0HTRF demonstration at the INEM – Institut Necker Enfants Malades<\/a> (Paris)\u00a0as part of my role as a\u00a0Field Application Scientist.

We kicked off the demo with a\u00a0presentation covering the assay principles and overall workflow, followed by a detailed review of the\u00a0protocol. I also prepared a\u00a0step-by-step personalized protocol, with\u00a0calculated reagent volumes tailored to the lab\u2019s specific project, to ensure a smooth and efficient hands-on session.

Working alongside cindy marquet<\/a> and\u00a0Dr. Benoit Chevalier<\/a>, we then carried out the lab work to establish a\u00a0proof of concept using Revvity<\/a> reagents, specifically an\u00a0HTRF homogeneous immunoassay for insulin dosage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experiment went smoothly, and the\u00a0primary results were coherent and encouraging, further highlighting the robustness and reliability of HTRF for quantitative insulin measurements.

This type of collaboration truly reflects the core of my role as an FAS: combining training, customization, and hands-on support to help research teams generate high-quality, meaningful data.
