{"id":2533,"date":"2018-02-13T10:50:48","date_gmt":"2018-02-13T09:50:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/saber-benmimoun.com\/?p=2533"},"modified":"2020-11-12T18:56:31","modified_gmt":"2020-11-12T17:56:31","slug":"resipi-special-session-job-interview-simulation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/saber-benmimoun.com\/?p=2533","title":{"rendered":"ReSiPi Special session : Job Interview Simulation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new special session of <a href=\"http:\/\/saber-benmimoun.com\/?p=1494\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ReSiPi seminars<\/a>, entiteled &#8220;Job Interview Simulation&#8221;, took place on monday 12th february 2018 at Institut Curie.<\/p>\n<p>Our guests for this session were : Miss Rebekah D&#8217;ARCY, a Recruitment Manager for France-Belgium-Hollande at PerkinElmer and Dr. Rym SFAXI who has recently obtained her PhD in Biology from Institut Curie.<\/p>\n<p>The idea behind this special session was to give PhD students and young Post-Docs a preview of an interview for a job in the private sector through a live and an interactive example. Thus, the aim is to encourage them to pursue a career in the private sector, help them know what to expect and give them the tools to be well prepared when the time comes for their real \/>\n&#8211; Opening (5min)<br \/>\n&#8211; Pizzas and drinks (10-15minmin)<br \/>\n&#8211; The Job Interview Simulation (20 min)<br \/>\n&#8211; feed back from Rebekah &amp; questions from the audience (15-20min)<\/p>\n<p>Th e job simulation was very successful thanks to the great performance of Rebekah D&#8217;ARCY as a recruiter and Rym SFAXI as a candidate.&nbsp;Over 30 people attended
