On January 30, 2025, I had the pleasure of participating in a Revvity<\/a> event held at Genethon<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My presentation was titled “HTRF and Alpha: Alternatives to Replace Your ELISA Tests”, and it aimed to introduce ELISA users to innovative and superior alternatives. Indeed, Revvity’s homogeneous assays, HTRF and Alpha, offer numerous advantages over traditional ELISA assays, particularly by eliminating wash steps.

The first part of the presentation covered the principles and fundamentals of HTRF and Alpha technologies. This was followed by a detailed focus on their key benefits: time savings, reduced sample consumption, a broader dynamic range, multiplexing capabilities, miniaturization, and automation, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope this presentation sparked curiosity and encouraged users to take the first step toward replacing time-consuming ELISA tests with our fast, homogeneous, and robust assays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
