We are happy to welcome one of the research teams of Inserm UMR1245 – Cancer and Brain Genomics (CBG) – Université de Rouen Normandie among Revvity users after acquiring our microplate reader, the Victor Nivo.
Following this purchase, I had the pleasure of delivering a handling training on the 3rd of September 2024. This training is offered with new purchases of a Revvity multi-mode readers, and aims to train future users and allow them to use the device to its maximum potential.
It consists of a theoretical part (presentation of the characteristics of the device), and a practical part facing the instrument (user interface, configuration, creation and editing of protocols, management of optics, visualization and export of results …etc).
I would like to thank Dr. Mélody Caillot and the other members of the “Génomique et biomarqueurs des lymphomes et des tumeurs solides” team, at Henri-Becquerel research center, for welcoming me into their laboratory. I was delighted to interact with them during the training, and it was interesting to learn about their research projects.
