📢 pHSense: A New Product Unlike Any Other !
🤩 Thrilled to share that I recently took part in an exciting training with my fellow Field Application Scientist (FAS) colleagues, preparing us for the launch on July 14th of a groundbreaking new product : pHSense !
🧪 This innovative solution, based on TRF, is designed to revolutionize how we study ADC (Antibody-Drug Conjugate) trafficking and GPCR internalization—two critical areas in drug discovery and development.
Why is this product a game changer for ADCs and GPCRs :
– No-wash assay
– Suitable for both End-point and kinetics
– High sensitivity and S/B through the use of Time-resolved detection
👨‍🔬 The training took place the third week of June at Revvity‘s R&D center located at Codolet. It was a great blend of in-depth theoretical sessions, where we explored the biological mechanisms and physical principles behind the assay, followed by hands-on practical work. We had the opportunity to test both the ADC and GPCR internalization kits under a wide range of experimental conditions—valuable experience that’s already enhancing our understanding.
🤝 As Application Scientists, our goal is to deliver high-value support and expertise to our customers. This week-long training ensures we’re fully prepared to present this powerful new assay and help researchers unlock deeper insights with confidence and precision.
From what I’ve seen firsthand (example : the graph generated with my colleague Mikael Pancarte), this product has the potential to become a game changer in the field and I can’t wait to see the impact this will have across the scientific community !
